Preventative Maintenance


We provide monthly preventative maintenance packages that spreads the cost of yearly required parts over 12 months. This includes three call-outs a year and the continual supervision of your machine to ensure all necessary parts and components are changed and maintained annually or over the lifetime of your machine.

This includes all normal wear and tear on moving parts such as seals, pump components and beater blades*

This package can also be integrated to a cleaning package providing a fully managed solution for your machine.

*This does not include operator error.

Cleaning and Servicing Packages 


We offer all heat-treated machine owners a monthly cleaning package. Our team are in and out within the hour and ensure your machine is cleaned to a high food safety standard whilst also reviewing the overall health parameters of the machine to ensure your always serving the best ice-cream.
