Veganuary is here!

Over 500,000 people worldwide are committed to taking part in the annual challenge – where, similar to Dry January, people commit to a month with no alcohol, Veganuary invites people to go vegan for the month.

This means excluding all animal products like meat and dairy from their diet.

The trend is widely embraced in Ireland and it’s here to stay.
